Naked-Man Moleskin:

Today marks roughly the 3 year anniversary of my EH into F3 world (Thanks for staying on me, Cookie).  Had it not been for the lockdown keeping me from traveling, I may have never started.  As a kid, I struggled with weight my entire life.  Always yo-yo’ing up and down.  I even had to run the hills of Windward in sweat suits in the summer to cut weight for Pop Warner football in 6th grade.  After getting married, I was weighing in at a beefy 260 Lbs.  Once we decided to start a family I finally got my act together by eating healthier and working out more.  While I’m still not quite at my “goal weight” or pant size (thanks for everything you do for me BEER), I’m down to 208 and F3 is a major reason.  It’s all about the journey, not the destination and I enjoy this journey with my brothers at the Windjammer so much.  Aye, men!  Always honored to lead this great group.
