Preamble:

Nada - mosey on.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosied over to the parking lot by the Pool with side-steps on the R & L and a backwards run up the hill past the tennis courts along the way.  Circled up with SSH, Toy Soldier, Shoulder rolls and Michael Phelps.  Mosey to the pavilion by the pond/Arts Center.

The Thang:

Partner up! Partner A loops the pond 1x while Partner B knocks out
  • 10 shrugs using the bench
  • 20 merkins
  • 20 flutter kicks
  • 25 LBCs and repeats this until Partner A returns - partners then switch exercises.  Repeat for 4 sets.  After 4 sets...
We mosied to the playground and grabbed 1 coupon per group.  Partner A (with the coupon) knocks out
  • 15 OHPs
  • 20 curls
  • 25 rows while Partner B knocks out
  • 15 dips
  • 20 squats
  • 25 calf raises until Partner A finishes.  Partners then switch exercises.  Repeat for 4 sets.  After the 3rd set we swapped OHPs for skull crushers.  After 4 sets, mosey to the flag
We wrapped up with a variety of exercises from the men: J-Los, 6-inch leg holds, Diamonds then capped it off with 'Merican Hammers.
