AO: The Firehouse

When: 09/20/2018

QIC: Baker,Snowden & Reuben

PAX (): Snowden, Baker, Dash, Fudd, Reuben

We had fun this morning at the Firehouse! The PAX present were hungry for a combo Q with some variety.  It is always great to have HIM’s who want to lead and bring the pain at the same time.  Let’s mosey!

Quick stroll around the circle to the otherside for warm-up led by our very own Baker!

All IC

  • SSH
  • Weed pickers
  • Imperial Walkers

Way to step up Baker!! Great job!

Thang 1

Mosey down the hill to Field A for some A.LA.R.M.S(Arm excercise, leg excercise, abs, sprint run, M excercise). We did 3 rounds of 10, 20, and 30 reps.

Round 1- alt shoulder taps, squats, lbc’s, sprint sideline to sideline, m’ktar’s all exercises x 10

Round 2- AST’s, squats, v-ups, run, ranger merkins x 20  reps

Round 3- AST’s, lunges, lbc’s,    Run, m’ktar’s x30 reps

Head to mid field and circle up for a fire drill routine. 3 rounds.  PAX in circle perform high knees. Each PAX calls “fire”for the guy next to him and that PAX hits the ground-rolls right, then left and back to high knees.

Thang 2

Mosey over to the pavilion area for a Monkey humper Observation by Snowden.  One PAX perches on the sewer top doing 10 MH’s while other HIM’s observe his glory while performing air chair.  We threw in a little howling for kicks. Can’t help but laugh!

Snowden’s wall of pain continued as we were encouraged to do a balls to the wall routine.  Holding our stance as long as we can. Ouch! With our arms spent, we moseyed over to the picnic tables for 3 rounds of 20 box jumps, 20 step ups, and 20 Bevarian squats-both legs.  Rinse and repeat -with 3rd round adding 20 Derkins all in IC.

Indian run back to flag and grabbing a few coupons for mary consisting of some Colt 45’s- 15 upper, 15 full, and 15 skull crushers.
