We start the fun with a visit from an old friend, Jack Webb. Many of the PAX have not had the pleasure of meeting our old friend so it was nice to introduce them to Old Jack. The cadence was audibled mid way through the 3rd round, which threw the layer of the group, who surprisingly had an objection to the way YHC handled the change, but we somehow prevailed and made it through al 10-40 of Jack
Next we ran to the parking lot by the elementary school and partnered up for a few rounds of catch me if you can, starting with 5 burpees then a run to catch the backwards running partner. After 3 rounds for each man we went over to the group of benches for a round of 11’s with dips and donkey kicks. But there was not enough wall space for all the donkeys so audible again and we did box jumps onto the benches. It was clarified that this was OYO, before any more objections from Law Dog.
To start making our way back to the flag, we started with another old friend, closely related to Jack, called Lt Dan. We made it all the way to 7 -28 before calling it quits and after we moseyed back across to the high school lot we performed a modified indian run. PAX Lined up and got into plank position. Instead of running (or Bear Crawling) to the front the ma in the back duck walks to the front. To start We did, I don’t know how many rounds, YHC remembers it being about 4-5 but it could have been more (definitely not less) rounds and luckily we were at the flag right on time.
