It’s a humid 70 degrees, and the PAX begin the morning with a lot of running.
It begins with a short mosey and some Warm-O-Rama with 15 SSH, 10 Mountain Climbers, 15 Imperial Walkers, and 10 Merkins.
The Thang
The PAX then mosied down to the lower football field for some 4 corners with descending reps. It began with 10 of each of Big Boy Situps, American Hammers, Burpees, and Merkins. It then went to 8 reps, then 6, then 4, and finally 2 reps. After this was complete, the PAX mosied up to the rock pile for some partner Dora. The PAX completed 50 squats each with a coupon, 100 curls with a coupon, and 150 skull crushers with a coupon. Upon completing this, the PAX mosied up to the flagpole for 21s. Reuben can’t count to 21, so the PAX had to complete 5 burpees and 21 SSH again. They got it right the second time and began mary. The PAX finished with 10 flutters, 15 Freddie Mercury, 15 swimmers, and a full Captain Thor.
