The Cooper Routine
Run one lap; 10 Merkins; 10 Hand Release Merkins; 10 Wide Merkins
Run one lap; 9 Merkins; 9 Hand Release Merkins; 9 Wide Merkins
And so on till one lap and 1 rep of each Merkin exercise.
Mosey half way back to the flag. Stop for 20 dips on the curb.
Mosey back to flag for Mary.
