Between the amazing weather, celebrating my 11th anniversary with the LOML, sunrise and appreciation from the PAX for going with a burpee free workout we were all feeling the love this morning. Oh, and the monkey humpers may have had something to do with that as well.
Moseyed over to the parking lot by the football field and started things off.

The thang:
Deck of Death: following exercises with reps equaling the # on the card. Jacks 11, Queens 12, Kings 13, Aces 14. Ran a lap around the lot after each of us had drawn for 9 laps total.
-clubs = crunchy frogs
-diamonds = diamond merkins
-hearts = monkey humpers
-spades = overhead claps
-jokers = 100 air press

Everybody did a great job calling out their exercises. Definitely can see some new Qs in the making!
