8 PAX joined in a nice Mosey around Johns Creek. We must not have gone far enough, YHC kept hearing comments about highway 400. Hey, if that’s what the people want, we can give that to them next time. I think there was even a request for more Derkins?
Mosey’d around the parking lot for warmup with Cotton Pickers x 10, SSH’s x 20, and Imperial Walkers x 10. Simba’s here just in time to head over to the rock pile.
A quick stop for Irkins, Squats, and Derkins: Start with 25 each, down to 15, and then 5. All for Sneakers.
Burpee Indian run along the way until we reach the pile, set up for stations:
Round 1:
Skull Crushers, Squats, Curls, Shoulder Press: x2 for 45 seconds
Round 2:
1/2 Curls, Lunges, Burpees, 1/2 Curls: x2 for 45 seconds
Mosey down the road, where are we going? YHC thought about running to TN. Then we ran back to State Bridge doing 10 merkins each “light” pole (actually electricity pole, ok whatever). Squats at the light for the six.
4 Minutes of Mary:
20 LBC’s
20 Dolly’s
20 Box Cutters
10 Reverse LBC’s
YHC never takes for granted the opportunity to lead such a great group of men, and is always impressed by the hard work! Prayers for Simba as he heads out to AZ. Nacho’s back! Impressive to come back from injury and still be strong. Sunshine’s dealing with the adjustments of life, going through the ups and downs of business. We can sympathize and pray we all stay focused and disciplined. Sneakers is working on an important project, prayers that it goes well. Keep seeking the truly valuable things, and reach out to anybody you haven’t seen lately.
