Preamble:

Given

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey Loop around the Regal Parking Lot equals about .40 miles. The one we did.

The Thang:

Pulled out an old Iron Pax BD and rehashed it for our purposes. Individual workout, begin with 100 reps and then proceed to run 1 lap of the parking lot (works great on a 400m track). Continue with next exercise increasing by 1 lap each round until finishing with 4 laps. We had a few guys finish with 3 laps but fell just short on time!  Lots of mumble chatter today so I thought I’d let AI intelligence write a country song about it!

100 Merkins

1 Lap  or .40 miles

100 Dips

2 Laps or .80 miles

100 BBSU

3 Laps

100 Squats

4 Laps

Verse 1: I can feel it in my bones When I do my F3 exercise One lap, one hundred merkins, and then come back for dips.
It’s time to get those gains and stretch those hips.

Chorus: Doing my F3 workout, feeling great today. Sweating out those toxins, in a fun way. Doing a hundred BBSU’s and running another 3 laps. Squats for a 100 and really, 4 more laps. I’m gonna feel like a champion when I finish up this map!

Verse 2: Now I’m feeling mighty proud of what I’ve done today.
And I know there’s no stopping me on my journey to greatness.
Gotta keep going strong through all the pain and strife. Cause working out makes me feel alive!

Chorus: Doing my F3 workout, feeling great today. Sweating out those toxins, in a fun way. Doing a hundred BBSU’s and running another 3 laps. Squats for a 100 and really, 4 more laps. I’m gonna feel like a champion when I finish up this map!

COT:

Prayers for Nashville

Prayers for Zima’s sister-in-law. She has been pulled off life support but still breathing!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

As I laced up my sneakers and stepped out the door, I was reminded of a time not so long ago when running was a dreaded activity. But with some great accountability, F3 men and determination, I have since found joy in the effort and pain. Now I relish in the feeling of hitting my strides, and working up a sweat as I take on this challenge head-on. F3 has made me a better man for it!
