Preamble:

After a nice group of 3 for the Pre Run, we settled in with the Bushwood faithful for another pool workout.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick mosey up the hill (partially) to show Stroller how impressive it is, we moseyed back to the parking lot for the warmup.

SSH, IW, WP, MNC

The Thang:

Four Corners, declining

Starting with 10, then 8, then 6, then 4, then 2

Burpees, Mountain climbers, Merkins, then Alternating Shoulder Taps

Next: the pool!

two down-and-back laps to warm up

Ok, so let’s keep it simple:

11’s with plankjacks on one end and peter parkers on the other end

Next we grabbed the ball and went to the deepend to rest our shoulders

Tread water with you hands up and throw the ball to the guy next to you, we did three rotations of this.

Then we did two rotations of each person going to the bottom then shooting up and clapping above the water.

Legs were burning by this point, so out of the pool for 3 minutes of Mary:

Kobe Bryants, Dying Cockroach, and Pickle Pointers

Always an honor to lead. This was a real tough one, it pushed me after being out of town for most of the week, I needed a hard workout. Thanks to the PAX!
