YHC planned to avoid legs after being smoked by hillseeker. YHC also promised Squeegee no coupons. Promise kept but where is Squeegee?!?
Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
6 stations setup for “power hour” which was a 60second song clip per exercise. At the 6 stations PAX grinded it out until the beep was heard. PAX split into 3 groups to enjoy the misery together.
station 1) dips
2) J-LO
3) mountain climbers
4) Merkins (note to self. Give shoulders a break here next time)
5) bird dog
6) flutter kicks
PAX did ~ 5 total rounds. Music was on point other than a random movie clip which ruined “sweet child of mine”
