After countless beatdowns at The Wreck, we started finding rock piles scattered throughout the park. Today was the first day to access these beauties. No FNGs today but a strong group of 21 PAX!
The Thang
Warmup / Get Started:
- Mtn Climbers (All IC and staying in Plank)
- Peter Parkers
- Parker Peters
- Merkins (then recover from plank)
- SSH
- 10 Burpess OYO
- Mosey to Parking Lot by turf football fields
Some back and forth running up and down a 75 yard parking lot:
- Butt kicks down
- High Knees back
- Run backward down
- High knees back
- Mosey to get rocks then mosey to football field
Partner Rock Exercises:
- Line up at goal line
- 1st Partner starts doing rock curls while other partner runs WITH ROCK from goal line to goal line and back (until each partner has done 100 rock curls)
- Repeat doing 100 shoulder presses
- Repeat doing 150 bent over rows
- Plank exercises on rock until 6 was in
4 Corners of Football field
- Run backward to first corner and do 10 burpees
- Run regular to 2nd corner; 10 burpees, 20 merkins
- Run backward to 3rd corner; 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squat jumps
- Run regular to 4th corner; 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squat jumps; 40 Big boy situps (had to call this a bit early for time)
- Mosey through the trails back to the flag
- Ended 1 minute past 6:15
