March Madness Exicon Style

Preamble:

Rubicon needed some Qs and I have been down to heckle  visit in a while so I dug deep into my drawer of F3 shirts and found my barely used Rubicon shirt and turned the Tesla south to Wills Park.

Warm-O-Rama:

After a quick disclaimer we moseyed off to the cheese grater.  You know, the one behind the pool.

The Thang:

March Madness

After the first weekend of the annual College Basketball Playoffs. Except we are going to do it in 45 minutes pitting a coupon bracket against a body weight bracket. The invited exercises were culled from the F3 Nation Exicon and were picked because of their obscurity to the F3 Alpha community.

We split into 2 teams to complete the exercises.  We all voted on the winner of each round for coupon and body weight and each did the winner coupon exercise, body weight exercise and run a loop in the parking lot.  After we all rotated through the 3 we voted on the next two winners. Above are the winners.

Final Round will take place next Monday night!

With 5 minutes left we returned to the flag for Mary.
