Preamble:

I was in a U2 mood so hopefully that was a little better than my other music selections. My goal was to get and keep the heart rate up vs. hit any specific muscle group.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to tennis courts for quick SSH, Mtn Climber, Hillbilly. Mosey to hill entering basketball / gymnastics area.

The Thang:

First hill:
  • 25 knee slammers each leg
  • Run to top
  • 20 surfer jumps
  • repeat 3x
Second Hill (3 tiers; bottom near football concession, middle at T in road; top by gymnastics building on gravel trail)
  • 25 mtn climbers
  • run to middle
  • 25 T bombs
  • run to top
  • 25 jump squats
  • Repeat 3x
Third hill (by gymnastics entrance) - grab coupon
  • 25 kettle bell swings at bottom (leave rock)
  • run to top
  • 15 burpees
  • repeat 3x
4th hill - by playground - sprint one time up and mosey to flag Mary at flag until time called.
