Preamble:

Picked up the Q from Dumpster last minute; we are praying for Harper, Dumpster’s daughter, as she battles seizures.  Prayers up for their family.

Warm-O-Rama:

Long mosey as Snowman and Soul Glo were headed our way from Grindstone (closed due to lightning).  In front of amphitheater stage:  SSH, Good mornings, tappy-taps, Nancy Kerrigans.

The Thang:

7 of diamonds around amphitheater loop, stopping at the 4 corner areas for:

Round 1 = 7 hand-release merkins

Round 2 = 7 hand-release merkins + 14 BBSU

Round 3 = 7 hand-release merkins + 14 BBSU + 21 E2K (alpha count)

Round 4 = 7 hand-release merkins + 14 BBSU + 21 E2K (alpha count) + 28 squats

Mosey back to the flag.  Acceleration took place.

Prayers up for Dumpster’s daughter, Harper, that her seizures never ever come back and if they do, that they are mild in nature.  Prayers for continued recovery for Crab Cake’s M.  Prayers for the church community and family of a local family who suddenly lost their 12 year old son overnight. Just such a terrible tragedy that will require much strength, love and support; our hearts ache for them.
