Freed to Lead

Preamble:

We all arrived at our usual spot, only to find that there was no Q. As we were all headed back to our cars, one PAX stopped, looked back, and boldly stated, “I shall take the lead… on the warmup. Someone else got the rest? Cool.”

And off to the Dam we went.

The Thang:

The Merkin Mile! 10 Merkins at each intersection on the way up, 10 squats at each intersection on the way down. Mary for the 6 at the boat launch, which included flutter kicks, American hammers, and dying cockroaches.

Mosey back to the parking lot for some coupon clipping. Colt 45’s X2, then short lap. Repeat, long lap. Repeat, short lap. Hey, we’re doing this a lot… maybe we should do something else? Thrusters X15, arm raises X15, American hammers X15, then short lap. Rinse, repeat. Ok, now what? Colt 45’s. X1 and then it was time.

3/10 Blood Drive, 3/11 breakfast at NLB hosted by Rubicon, Glitter Run late March, SMR Team is looking for a runner, last weekend of April, probably some stuff going on in May.

All of Funyun’s coworkers are OK this week.
