YHC thought it would be a good idea to remind the PAX why its not the best idea to make fun of Millennials the generations beatdown was brought. Course, everyone still kept it up so that didn’t really help much. Let me just say, it is an understatement to say that a lot of burpees were completed. It also would help if I knew my way around the AO for next time but no need to digress.
The PAX moseyed to the donut for the warm up.
Warm up:
- Side straddle hop
- Cotton Picker
- Windmill
- Mosey to the top of the stairs
- 30 sec squats on your own
- 30 sec lunges on your own
- 30 sec squat jumps on your own
- 30 sec burpees. (they didn’t know what was coming)
Mosey to the bottom of the stairs and to the end of the parking lot.
The Thang:
(partnered)
200 burpees while partner ran one lap around the parking lot and switch till completion
Mosey to dumpsters at the bottom of the death hill
(each workout done while partner ran up and down the hill twice…
-50 flutter kicks
-50 lunges
-50 plank shoulder taps
-50 air chair press ups
-50 burpees (nope, not done with those.)
Mosey back to the bottom of the stairs
5 rounds up and down. Ever time a member of the pax ran back down they would do 1 burpee and add another one on top of that. (example: second time running down, 3 burpees. Fourth time, 4 burpees. Till 5)
Mosey back to the flag and we almost lost Liberachi but he pulled through!
