After about 10 months of F3, I finally got around to my VQ. I hit the F3Nation website and started looking through the available exercises, and I picked a few that I thought might work nicely with a fair amount of pain drizzled throughout.
The PAX began with a Warm-O-Rama of 15 Side Straddle Hop, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Cotton Pickers, 15 Peter Parkers and a little mosey.

It was then followed up by some Wham-O Lunges with some Mary after each set of lunges.

We then mosied up to the pavilion for some deck of death with a special guest: the sand babies. For hearts, PAX did shoulder press with the sand babies. For diamonds PAX did dips with the sand babies. For spades, the PAX did squats with the sand babies, and for clubs PAX did curls with the sand babies. You maybe could call this the “Cradle of Death” with the heavy use of the sand babies. After the PAX finished nearly the entire deck, for mary, the PAX endured the auditory pain associated with Chumbaburpees. In the
