Total of 16 Today, and we had 5 for our Pre Ruck: Bloodhound, Harp, Legionnaire, Westside, and Misty.
Yours truly was just getting over a back injury so we were trying to keep it low impact, and here is how it went.
We started of with a short mosey to the round concrete stage by the playground at the base of a little hill.
Warm UP:

Merkins
Sun Gods
The Thang:
We paired up for some Burp-back Mountain 5 sets 5 Times
It basically went like this:
Partner 1 did burpees at the bottom while Partner 2 ran backwards up the hill and back then switch and repeat. We did this 5 times with a little modification on different sets.
We substituted with some Merkins, Squats, and everyones new favorite, The Backward Bear Crawl.
In addition we did a round of:
Catch Me If You Can
Indian run
For an on time finish and Name-O-Rama
