Another great turnout at the Rubicon this morning. This BB is gonna be short and sweet, but I’ll come back and edit tomorrow. Gotta get those same day BB points!
The Thang: Merkin Mile – 10 Merkins every intersection and 10 Burpees at every speed bump. Then a swift mosey to the base of Brokeback Mountain. We did lunges halfway up and sprinted to the top. Knocked out a few warmup exercises at the top while we caught our breath. Double stack Indian Run back to the Flag. Partner up. Partner 1 executes 50 LBCs while Partner 2 does American Hammer, then switch. Partner 1 executes 25 Big Boy Situps while Partner 2 does JLos.
