Preamble:

Got to the AO a minute or few early so I pulled out the cinders, setup the speaker and made sure everything was ready to go, right at 5, DDoS arrived ready for the Pre-ruck.
We set off to get in a nice brisk ruck in and at one point I noted DDoS was carrying a bit more weight in his ruck, well by a bit I mean 105 pounds of weight, Holy Crap!  I was a wus carrying just 47.5 pounds, true beast mode and Very Impressive to say the least!  Well done DDos!!

We got in to allow DDoS a few minutes to rest before the main events occurred, then Suarez rolled in with Dunshire following quickly after, Number were set, and the fun was about to begin.

At this point we air chaired till the 6 were in and I then explained with a bomb there is an explosion,  K.A.B.O.O.M. acronym group all exercises done in secession, no mosey in between

K – 20 kettle bell swings with cinder block

A – 12 Around the World merkins

B – 10 blockees with cinder

O – 20 outlaws 10 each direction

O – 20 overhead presses with cinder

M – 40 beta count mountain climbers

A  was modified to be Around the World merkins instead of Absolutions, thanks to Dunshire for making the change of exercises suggestion, I am willing to change things up, sometimes .

Once that was done and another long lap was completed there was time left for more fun

Suarez called Burpees, I think more out of fear that someone else, aka me, would call them out once the numbers got higher, Which if time allowed I totally would have done, insert evil laugh here.
So 5 burpees then

Dunshire called fire hydrated so 10 on each side
One last mosey around the long loop

Then there was time for one last thing so DDoS called 15 squats  to finish the festivities of the morning

Mention how when you are walking next to someone  1 to 3 degree difference of direction will cause a separation overtime, and when you realize the gap caused by that. begin to take the time to correct/redirect the gap, it will take time but will be worth it as you stick with the route to get back next with the person that you were separated from and how I am dealing with exactly that situation.
