Preamble:

No FNGS this morning.  Let’s go!

Warm-O-Rama:

A quick jog around the parking lot including, Bernie’s, butt kickers, and a slow mosey.  Circle up for some SSHS, Weedpickers, and easy kettle swings to get warmed up for a new movement.

The Thang:

Cinders were gathered and we headed to the base of the hill at the back of the parking lot.

Movement 1:  11s

  • 1 kettlebell swings to thruster – run up the hill with cinder – 10 bent-over rows – run back down the hill.
  • 2 kettlebell swings to thruster – run up the hill with cinder – 9 bent-over rows – run back down the hill…
  • Continue with 11s until 10 kettlebell swings to thruster and 1 bent-over row is complete.
  • When complete, go up and down the hill with your cinder until the 6 was in.

Movement 2:  11s

  • 1 burpee – run up the hill with cinder – 10 curls – run back down the hill.
  • 2 burpees – run up the hill with cinder – 9 curls – run back down the hill…
  • Continue with 11s until 10 burpees and 1 curl are complete.
  • When complete, go up and down the hill with your cinder until the 6 was in.

Including the warm-o-rama, this took about 40 minutes to complete.  We then lined up for one wind sprint across the parking lot and then returned to the flag.  A brief stint of Mary was done and then so were we.

The music sucked and so did the workout.  Mission accomplished!
