Touring for Bathrooms

Preamble:

A lot of alarms on the slack pre post to tell the men this was important that they attend this epic beatdown and not be duped into a soft 45 minutes with a warm up down the road.  It was very quiet on the HC’s up until game time when our regulars rallied except our beloved AO Q who got ate up with alarm issues.

The Thang:

A mosey to the corner of Academy and S. Main St. for an escalating 4 corners around two city blocks.

5 Burpees
10 Lunges alpha
15 Wide Mercans
20 BBSU

Rd 2
5 Burpees
10 Bonnie Blairs
15 Diamonds
20 V UPs

Mosey to the Concert area for 11″s around the mini track.  Brought back the Mountain Goats on one side and Pike Push ups on the other.

Mosey to the Parking garage for a half Mucho Chesto at every turn all the way up to the top.  A 90 Second Wall Sit and back down

Back to the Stadium steps where a cinder waited.  Each man got a turn taking the cinder up and down while the others did 15 dips and tried to catch the cinder man.

Back to the imaginary flag for some Flutters, T Bombs and leg lifts

Naked-Man Moleskin:

T Claps to Nacho who fought hard to find a bathroom all morning.  He knows all the spots but they were all locked.  No quit though, just kept going and fought back the beast.
