Preamble:
Brought back my favorite route for a good run.
Warm-O-Rama:
Pushed the upper right button on the watch on my right wrist. Started footpath on the watch on my left wrist.
The Thang:
West then North on Tribble Gap. West through the City Center over to the Pine Lake neighborhood which is good and hilly. back South on 20 then back to the church.
COT:
Continued health all around.
