A little rain doesn’t stop us. I was named at The Rubicon so it was finally time to Q at the Rubicon. A 15Pax showed up, despite the rain, to get after it. Let’s GOOOOO!

Mosey to the parking lot to some Chili Peppers and circle up for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles & Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

Grab a coupon, head to the Field of Dreams, & Let’s Rock. Of course DJ Walkie had prepared a playlist for just the occasion.

Glory Days – Curls & Burpee on “Glory Days”

Numb – Merkins & Run in 2 Teams

Eye of the Tiger – LBCs & Run in 2 Teams

Ride – Group Squats & Cocaine-Burpees on cue (or is it Q?)

West Coast – Lunges, Shoulder-tap Plank, & Merkins on “I’ll be” (maybe some mumble about West Coasters, maybe not)

Something Just Like This – Big Boys & Freddie Mercuries & Run in 2 Teams

Paradise – Skull Crushers & Overhead Press & Run in 2 Teams

Rearviewmirror – 2-man 50-yard Sprints (no hamstrings were pulled = WIN)
