Preamble:

It was  a cold morning, but 9 PAX showed.  Today’s playlist was all live versions of some of my favorite songs.

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed around the parking lot with some intermittent karaoke, butt kickers, and high knees

Gathered at the flag for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Hill Billies, Toy Soldiers, Arm Circles, and Covids

The Thang:

Moseyed to the Pavilion:

20 mercans, 20 squats, 20, LBC’s, 20 Dips, run a lap

Repeat 4x

Moseyed to rock pile by pool:

Dora style, 4 exercises to music: Curls, Presses, Rows, Lunges, while partner runs

With 5 mins remaining we did a modified 11:

5 Burpeees, 5 Big Boys

4 Burpees, 4 Big Boys  all the way to 1 and 1
