“The fog’s getting thicker, and we’re all getting SMALLLER!”

Preamble:

There’s always a little more anticipation for YHC when he’s got the Q for The Bound. This morning’s atmosphere of fog from The Excorcist / Hound of the Baskerville’s created a bit of foreboding, but as always, the PAX at The Bound were bushy-tailed and ready to get after it.

So, with an FNG with us, we gathered in the light at the front of the chow hall, full disclaimer and 5 Pillars of F3 was given  and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

12 of each of the following:

WeedPickers, Willie Mays Hays

10 of each of the following:

Hillbillies, Moroccan Nightclubs, SSH’s

Mosey across from The Bound, across the street to the opposite parking lot

The Thang:

1. 11’s with Mike Tyson’s and Monkey Jumpers. Conducted both exercises THEN did a lap around the parking lot. Imperial Walkers for the 6.
2. Circle up, all on 6 for AMRAP American Hammers for the full duration of THE TWIST. Recover, then mosey back to the basketball court at The Bound
3. Led Zeppelin – PAX lined up across the baseline, conducted BLIMPS (burpees x 5, alpha lunges x 10, imperial walkers x 15, mercans x 20, plank jacks x 25, squats x 30). When completed, run across basketball court; conducted same lineup EXCEPT drop squats. Continue, dropping last exercise at each crossing. Pick up the 6
4. Circle up for Mary, including: Flutter Kicks, American Hammers, LBC’s, Buzzsaws….and that was time

Prayers in general for a broken world and unity in this country. Also prayers for protection and relief from anxiety for Dinghy’s daughter, as there have been a series of break-ins nearby her residence at school.

Another great morning at The Bound. The effort this morning from EVERYONE was tip-top (so picking up the 6 was more of a quick breath and then off to the next event).
