Start at Home Base > Run to Left Field and do 25x Mountain Climbers > Run to Right Field 25x Overhead Claps with jump (basically SSH) > Run to HB 25x American Hammers > Run to LF 25x Burpees > Run to RF 25x SSH > Run to HB 25x Merkins > Run to LF 25x Big Boy Situps > Run to RF 25x Squats > Run to HB and did core exercises IC for the Six.
Moseyed to the Planters: 10x Dips IC, 10x Dips IC, 5x Dips IC, 20x Step ups IC, 15 Jump ups OYO, 20x Toe Taps IC.
Move to the wall: 20x Donkey Kicks OYO, Repeat, 10X Monkey Humpers IC, Repeat, Extended Peoples Chair with Air Presses and Single Leg variations.
Mosey back to the Flag for Marys: 15x Dollys IC, 15x Rosalitas IC, ABCs OYO
