No worming up, we just run.
The Thang:
Went up toward the Milton High School and cut across to Freemanville. Over to Bethany and back up Midbroadwell to Charlotte Drive. Down to Rucker and over to Crabapple Chase hill to finish up the 5.5 mile route.
COT:
Prayers for Turbines Mom and their family and all the kids that are graduating and moving up from Elementary School, Middle School, High School or College for purpose and direction in their next phase of life.
