Preamble:
Since we are on the west side, of Forsyth County, we decided (or at least I did) that we need some Hollywood glamor, so we added a little broga and worked on abs.
Warm-O-Rama:
Worked in a little broga. Cobra pose, Sampson pose, scorpions and reverse scorpions.
The Thang:
Abs, abs and more abs!
Pax did five rounds of the following:
30 min plank hold
50 LBCs
50 Freddie Mercury’s
50 American Hammers
50 Brid dogs
50 yard Bernie Sanders/50 yard jog back
We finished it up with some inch worms and Ja-Lows.
COT:
We discussed the need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with one another, so we can help one another be better.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
We all have our idols and we need to smash them. If we aren’t willing to discuss those with our brothers they can’t help us to smash those idols. Even if they’re embarrassing, all the more reason to rid yourself of them.
