Begin with 1 lap around the track. 12 exercises each round to complete the grade and then repeat a lap and add the next grade exercises. All the way to 12th grade. Unfortunately or fortunately we all flunked out after 10th grade!
Flunking out of the 10th grade is a difficult experience to go through, especially when it’s due to an inability to complete exercises. This can be particularly frustrating because exercise isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s also about developing discipline, determination and resilience. For many, schoolwork is hard enough without the additional challenges of exercise. When students are forced to push their limits and find their own unique way of completing exercises, they often come out the other side with a newfound confidence in not only their physical abilities but also in their mental fortitude. Unfortunately, failing out of the 10th grade due to not being able to finish exercises can be discouraging and set students back from achieving their goals. However, it’s important for these students to remember that failure is part of life and can often teach valuable lessons on how best to succeed. With determination and hard work, these same individuals can overcome any obstacle and reach success despite adversity.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. To me, it means so much more than just an exercise program – it’s about creating a supportive community that is focused on bettering each other in all aspects of life. Through camaraderie and support, we can inspire those around us to reach their full potential. F3 has given me the confidence and belief in myself to stay physically and mentally fit, while also making meaningful connections with others who share the same values.
