Preamble:

YHC headed out on Spring Break and has been putting in some long hours at work. Apologies for the delayed BB

Warm-O-Rama:

Nothing fancy here. SSH, Weed Pickers, Moroccan Night Clubs and a few more to loosen up the joints.

After a quick consensus that the rain wasn’t going to force us to share the deck with the women’s group, we moseyed…

The Thang:

Around the green and over to the pull up bars for a primer.

counting down from 10 to 5 by 1 and alternating between pull ups and dips

mosey back to the dormant fountain for the main event

Had to cut it short to wrap up with some core work and of course, Pickle Pointers, the Humperdinck weekend special.

Various prayer needs were discussed and we lifted them up to our good God who loves us.
