The Thang:

Acquire coupon, take it to pitch (european for soccer field, some didn’t understand).

Gather in middle and go to a corner and do 40 reps each of: piston squat, curls, kettlebell swings, bench press.Back to the middle for 3 burpees between each station

Rinse/Repeat w 40 overhead squats, skull crushers, thrusters, american hammers.

A little cultish Lt Dan and back to the hill for a single soul searcher… apparently it only took one time up for all to find their souls.

Mosey back to the flag with burpees at each speed bump… that’s called “filler”

Gas pumpers, box cutters (thanks Bo Knows), and american hammers.

Praises for how 75 hard has brought Spandex and his M closer together. Prayers for the Butzen family as they are about to lose their cat and their kids will be going through their first experience with loss.
