Welcome back Hungry Hungry who’s been PT’ing a shoulder injury and hasn’t posted in a while.

Turns out rucking 3.5 miles and then playing 3 sets of tennis isn’t the best idea as YHC was tripped up on the courts Monday night.  Good thing my elbows and knuckles were there to break my fall before my face (already down 1 tooth) took the brunt of it.  1 box of band-aids later and we’re back in the gloom leading a beatdown.  Let’s Go!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the dam.  SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Covids.

The Thang:

4 Corners escalator @ boat launch

Grab a coupon from Dam Rock Pile.  Rifle Carry to the boat launch.  Rifle carry with coupon in between corners

Corner 1:  10 Mercans

Corner 2:  10 Mercans, 20 squats w/ Coupon

Corner 3:  10 Mercans, 20 squats w/ Coupon, 30 curls

Corner 4:  10 Mercans, 20 squats w/ Coupon, 30 curls, 40 flutter kicks (A)

Run a lap.  Hell, run 2 laps.  Head to the picnic tables for some benchwarmers.  What are benchwarmers?  Glad you asked!

Benchwarmers:

10 incline Mercans – run a lap

10 incline Mercans, 20 step ups – run a lap

10 incline Mercans, 20 step ups, 30 dips – run a lap

What goes up, must also come down.  It’s science.

YHC had a co-worker (Jeff) pass away in Las Vegas last week, who left behind a wife and kids.  Please pray for their strength and long road ahead of recovery.  Every day truly is a gift – it’s hard to remember that sometimes but easy when you’ve witnessed tragedy first hand like I did last week.  Make today, tomorrow, and next week great for you and for those around you!
