Stealing Zima’s Hill

PAX (5): Spider, The_OG Zima, Turbine, Vanilla

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed across the field and up the hill for a quick warm-up.

– SSH
– Weed Pickers
– Toy Soldiers
– Arm Swings

We then moseyed to my favorite place(the pull-up bar)!

Each PAX knocked out a max set while the other PAX did lunges.

We moseyed back to the (uhhh…. the imaginary flag) and rejoined with our coupons.

The Thang:

10 OH Presses
20 Plank Jacks
30 Curls
40 Squats
50 Flutters-Alpha
40 Squats
30 Curls
20 Plank Jacks
10 OH Presses

After each set of exercises we ran down Zima’s hill, did 5 burpees, and ran back up.

After everyone completed their sets we had about 5 minutes remaining.

We killed time with:

SSH, Merkins, OH Presses, Flutters, LBC’s, and Burpees

(Sorry I can’t remember how many reps we did at the end. Brain was tired…..)
