Throwback Ha-ha Ketchup BD

Preamble:

Another empty Q slot at Rubicon so I decided to make Ha-ha week a lumbergh week at Rubicon. To save time on planning I dug back in the archives to find a Ha-ha led beatdown from those days that he liked Rubicon. Let see what I found.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the lot with some butt kickers, high knees and warm up with SSH, WP, and IW. Grab a rock.

The Thang:

I found this early gem (https://f3alpha.com/backblast/2018/02/01/heinz-57-at-the-rubicon/)  from his 57th birthday that turned into some ode to ketchup. I did my best to recreate this where only Special K and I had done it before (and blocked from our memory hole). This included reading the verse, and the playlist from that day.

I had to make just two changes:

1. I don’t have the girlfriends (35 lb sandbags) and don’t think my car could hold them anyways.

2. I refuse to play Sweet Home Alabama as it may permanently screw up my Spotify suggestions and just yuck…. I replaced it with some CCR.

We got through the work except for last round of curls.

Back to the flag for some Mary except for Cox who called burpees instead.
