Good HC’s for a cold wet morning…
Warm-O-Rama:
No warm up, we just run.
The Thang:
Decided on a backwards route today to try to keep us on solid dry ground as much as possible. Top Hat took off early as usual and we had 2 pre-run an extra mile to get in the full 10K needed.
Heading toward Milton library and zig zagged down Charlotte. Right on Rucker all the way up the not too steep, but deceiving long uphill grade to Publix. Cut across and over to Green road and did the Waterside circle to add a few tenths. Then up through Crossroads subdivision to the finish line.
COT:
Just an announcement about Ha-Ha-Rama Week coming up next week, still think nit is a trick to get to celebrate his birthday all week. Otherwise a quiet group at COT today.
