Preamble:
There is a LEGEND about a man named Jethro. He is rumored to live in the near vicinity to the Norseman AO. For a time he came to the Norseman, but then like a vapor in wind he disappeared…
To honor his memory, this morning the men of Norseman returned to the hill named in his memory… Jethro’s Hill.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick Mosey from the Flag to our nearby designated Warm-o-Rama parking lot.

The Thang:
Pax ran out of North Park, pausing at every speed bump for 5 burpees. Crossing over to a nearby road, we ran down to the base of Jethro’s Hill.
Pax partnered up for a DORA. While one Pax worked, the other ran up Jethro’s Hill and back. Alternating exercises: 100 Big Boy Sit-ups, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats.
After DORA, Pax did alternating 1 min Walk, 1 min Run until reaching North Park. Upon entering North Park, Pax ran to the flag.

Prayers for TO’s family friend and Venus’ tennis friend, both dealing with critical health diagnosis. Prayers for the family and friends of Cardinal, a fallen F3 brother from F3 Knoxville.
