The Thang:

Started with a trip to the Gym where everyone did 20 pull ups in 5 pull up increments while others did mercans and then squats.

We moved on to the whiteboard where the word GRATITUDE had 9 different exercises.  After each exercise, we ran the hill.  Lots of fun exercises like Absolution, Tony Hawk Burpees, Twerkins and diamond mercans.

COT:

recognition for those NLB men who came on Saturday.  Discussion about recruiting others who need this workout.

Prayer focusing on gratitude – all that we have and remembering and recognizing this each day.
