The Thang:

Each set is 4 workouts 25 reps each. In between you do a cusack with your cinder around a the parking lot

Set 1: Durkins, curls, squats, skull crushers

Set 2: v-ups, American hammers(alpha count), straight raises, thrusters

Set 3: lunges(double count), over head press, swings, jump squat

Set 4: merkin, cinder bench press, big boys, flutter kicks(double count)

Set 5: Repeat of Set 1
