Masters Week Begins

Preamble:
After 7 for the SLR, a nice Monday morning crowd gathered in the gloom ready to shake off the rust from spring break. YHC had a long plan and wanted to make sure it included some Masters reference. So off we went.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick lap around the parking lot and then did some:
- Weed Pickers
- Peter Parkers
- Imperial Squat Walkers
- Copperhead Squats
The Thang:
Mosey to the lot by Hurricane’s and circle up to spell Masters:
- Merkins
- American Hammer
- Side Straddle Hop
- Tony Hawk Burpees
- E2K
- Ranger Merkins
- Superman (everyone agreed this was a good position to watch the Masters later in the week)
Then mosey to the first lot after the entrance to the church:
- LBC
- Chuck Norris Merkins
Then some 11’s from one end of the short end of the parking lot to the other with World War I situps and Hand Release Burpees (HRurpees). This was really fun, and took longer than expected. YHC had some other stuff planned, but that will have to wait until next time.
Then we moseyed back to the lot by Hurricane’s and lunged walked to right behind the police cruiser, where we did some Mountain Climbers.
Then mosey back to the flag for some around the circle Mary until time ran out:
- Rosalita
- Dolly
- Gas pumper
- Crunchy Frogs
- Elevator Merkins (wow)

It was balmy this morning, looking at the video of the name-o-rama, it was apparent that there was a lot of perspiration! Good work, men! It was an honor to lead this morning, as always.
