It was a brisk sub 40 degree morning today at the Firehouse. Pulling in the parking lot I was followed by 2 trucks we hadn’t seen in a while….welcome back Dash and Skynyrd! We waited an extra minute for sign of Reuben as he had done a little talking on the water cooler the night before prodding fellow PAX to show up but no sign of him…time to mosey…

One lap mosey around parking lot and as we finish up headlights appeared at the entrance…better late than never Reuben!

one lap per exercise while paying the toll at each and every corner.
Round 1 – 10 Burpees
Round 2 – 20 Lunges
Round 3 – 30 Imperial Walkers
Round 4- 40 Merkins
Round 5 – 50 Plank Jacks
Round 6 – 60 Squats
Total it all up for roughly a 1.5 mile mosey with 40 Burpees, 80 Lunges, 120 Imperial Walkers, 160 Merkins, 200 Plank Jacks, 240 Squats

Great work by everyone today. Better planning next time on my part as we learned the hard way that a wet field and 38 degrees mean that you won’t feel your hands until an hour after the workout is over.
