YHC’s plan was simple today.  Just a simple mosey around the parking lot with a few exercises…  It quickly turned into an excellent sweat fest.  Here’s how it went down.

WARM UP
Mosey half the parking lot and finishing with (all IC):

  1. SSH
  2. Weed Picker
  3. Windmills
  4. Squats

THE THANG
Short Mosey over to the TT covered area to start our 4 corners.  Since YHC never liked geometry, it’s more like an oval.  Very simple – fast mosey/sprint to the 4 spots on the lot and do the following:

  1. Corner 1 (starting corner) – 20 Merkins
  2. Corner 2 (Crab S) – 20 Wide Merkins
  3. Corner 3 (Regal C) – 20 Ranger Merkins
  4. Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 20 HRMs

The second round was:

  1. Corner 1 (starting corner) – 20 V-ups
  2. Corner 2 (Crab S) – 20 LBCs
  3. Corner 3 (Regal C) – 20 Big Boys
  4. Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 20 lunges, each leg

To mix it up, we then did the following:

  1. sprint down the sidewalk to Regal C and do 15 burpees
  2. sprint back to the starting point and do 10 burpees
  3. back down to Regal and 5 burpees and sprint home

Round 3 of four corners was:

  1. Corner 1 (starting corner) – 10 Merkins
  2. Corner 2 (Crab S) – 10 Wide Merkins
  3. Corner 3 (Regal C) – 10 Ranger Merkins
  4. Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 10 HRMs

When we finished, we lined up for 1 round of suicides across the Parking L., except that every return trip home, you had to do 5 merkins.  Our legs were pretty spent, but the PAX powered through it.

MARY

We short moseyed back to the flag for YHC to call a little mary:

  1. Flutter Kick
  2. Power L’s
  3. J-Lo
  4. Imperial walkers (because we weren’t warm yet)
  5. 30 Second Reverse Plank

COT

Prayer’s for brothers who recently moved and the chaos that surrounds that, adoptions that are in progress and just the busyness of life we’re all feeling.

Always honored to Q and the PAX never disappoint.
