YHC’s plan was simple today. Just a simple mosey around the parking lot with a few exercises… It quickly turned into an excellent sweat fest. Here’s how it went down.
WARM UP
Mosey half the parking lot and finishing with (all IC):
- SSH
- Weed Picker
- Windmills
- Squats
THE THANG
Short Mosey over to the TT covered area to start our 4 corners. Since YHC never liked geometry, it’s more like an oval. Very simple – fast mosey/sprint to the 4 spots on the lot and do the following:
- Corner 1 (starting corner) – 20 Merkins
- Corner 2 (Crab S) – 20 Wide Merkins
- Corner 3 (Regal C) – 20 Ranger Merkins
- Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 20 HRMs
The second round was:
- Corner 1 (starting corner) – 20 V-ups
- Corner 2 (Crab S) – 20 LBCs
- Corner 3 (Regal C) – 20 Big Boys
- Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 20 lunges, each leg
To mix it up, we then did the following:
- sprint down the sidewalk to Regal C and do 15 burpees
- sprint back to the starting point and do 10 burpees
- back down to Regal and 5 burpees and sprint home
Round 3 of four corners was:
- Corner 1 (starting corner) – 10 Merkins
- Corner 2 (Crab S) – 10 Wide Merkins
- Corner 3 (Regal C) – 10 Ranger Merkins
- Corner 4 (Hurricane G) – 10 HRMs
When we finished, we lined up for 1 round of suicides across the Parking L., except that every return trip home, you had to do 5 merkins. Our legs were pretty spent, but the PAX powered through it.
MARY
We short moseyed back to the flag for YHC to call a little mary:
- Flutter Kick
- Power L’s
- J-Lo
- Imperial walkers (because we weren’t warm yet)
- 30 Second Reverse Plank
