As 5:30 approached 3 PAX stood in the gloom waiting for headlights to appear at the Firehouse entrance but there were no other takers this morning. A small crowd for sure but there was still some hard work to get done so let’s mosey!

Mosey back to the Flag for a quick Circle of Pain
Plank position while one PAX bear crawls perimeter of the circle and knocks out 5 merkins before next PAX can take off. Hold Plank throughout.
Mosey to the Upper Soccer Field for some B.O.M.B.S. We did this as a team and the leg you weren’t exercising it was a full football field run and back to relieve your partners.

Once complete we picked up the mosey again to the rock pile to pick out some coupons for some arm work
