Five hearty souls who stuck around for the Memorial Day weekend (and weren’t fartsacking) were in for a treat of a beatdown provided by Seles with tribute to ABC and Nougat from Chastain (the original Atlanta AO!).

First Part
15 Imperial Walkers, 10 Floyd Mayweathers, 15 Sumo Squats, 10 Merkins, 15 Side Straddle Hops, 10 12-count Standing Lunges. i.c. Rinse & Repeat
Cherokee run out the back side of the school turn right then circle back to start through the residential area and down Roberts.
12 Squats, 12 Stone Mountains, 12 Box-cutters i.c. 3X
Cherokee run same as before but with 5 merkins off the back
Picnic area for 12 Step-ups, 12 Dips and 12 Low Dolly i.c. 3X
Cherokee run again; same as before
Second Part
Mosey to bottom of Nature Center Hill to start a DORA: 10 hand-release merkins at the bottom, run to middle and do 20 squats, run to top and do 30 LBCs then run back to the bottom. Repeat until time to head back to start.
Cherokee run back to start. 5 Burpees to finish.
COT: (Fireballs took us out. Pray for McEntyre family who lost a family member too early. Fireballs invited all to Nature Center for 7 pm concert tonight (BiBo wasn’t sure he could go back there that soon or he might get flashbacks from today’s workout).
