YHC shared another mark of a great leader – listen well. And honestly, I suck at it lately. I shared today that my M has been challenging me in this area. I use my phone calendar for everything at work and rarely forget anything. But, at home it can be a different story. I hear, but often times don’t listen. “Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry” James 1:19
Join me in working on this important quality. We need to listen to be better husbands, fathers, employees, leaders, friends, sons, brothers, etc.
Thanks for pushing me and making me better!
