Met at the flag and mosey’d to the first parking lot up the hill for some warm-up. No FNG’s today.

To the Pond!
Mosey to the pond and partner up. Each team completes a total of 100 Burpees, 200 Jump Squats and 300 Shoulder Raises. Rotating as one exercises while the other runs a lap around the pond. Run through a few MARY and merkins until the 6 come up.
To the Football Field!
Partner up again. Starting at the goal line, wheel barrow to the 50 yard line where each team member completes 15 diamond merkins. The other partner then wheel barrows to the other goal line. Again, 15 diamond merkins. Rinse and repeat back to the goal line where all the fun started. Each person completed 100 yards-worth of wheel barrows and everyone is happy!
Mosey back to the flag. 3 rounds of MARY until we hit time.
