The Thang:
Burpee suicides: At each parking median perform burpees. At the first median do 2 burpees and then run back to the start. Then run to the second parking median and perform 4 burpees and then run back to the start. Repeat this for all parking medians completing 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 burpees totaling 42 burpees. Plank and Mary for the six. Run Forrest Run.
Wash-Rinse-& Repeat
Star Jumps Suicides: Perform Star Jumps at each parking median completing 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 Star Jumps totaling 42 Star Jumps. Plank and Mary for the six. Run Forrest Run.
Wash-Rinse-& Repeat
Merkin Suicides: Perform Merkins at each parking median completing 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 Merkins totaling 42 Merkins. Plank and Mary for the six. Run Forrest Run.
Run Forrest Run: Mosey back to main parking lot to Old Milton Pkwy and take a left on Wills RD. Partner up at the base of Peanut Hill.
One partner runs to the top of Peanut Hill and performs 20 squats and returns. The other partner is performing 15 alternating shoulder touches with a 4 count and then hold plank until partner returns. The partners then switch exercises. Run Forrest Run.
Run Forrest Run: Mosey back to flag via the paved trail. Mary for the 6.
All told, the PAX ran 3.2 miles.
