This morning was YHC’s 4th boot camp beat down in a row and I was admittedly having a hard time getting motivated to bring the pain after getting smoked by Yogi, Clyde, and Mickey already this week. Should I give in to the temptation and mail it in this morning so my body can recover a bit? HELL NO! There were 3 other HIM counting on me to help them get stronger, not to mention my own weak state of mind that needed an adjustment. I resolved to keep the pedal floored and added a little extra to teach myself a lesson in DRP bricklaying. So thankful for F3 and the Big Creek PAX for pushing me in all the directions I need it most.

COT:
Lots of expansion taking place all over the region and ideas for how we can grow the Big Creek AO and reach more sad clowns. Chance encounter with Darth Visor and Tarzan at coffeteria after was very timely! Praise for Snake’s current consulting gig that will replace some of his previous income and ease the anxiety of transitioning to new work.
